Refunds

Browsing and previewing a document are free. You pay the price shown on the document page when you generate it.

If payment is taken and the document is not generated, or you are charged twice for the same generation, that charge is refunded. A completed download of the document you asked for is the delivery of that purchase.

Refund requests are for payment and technical failures, not for a change of mind about the legal content.
